Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Admissions Coordinator within our dynamic and fast-paced admissions department.

This role reports directly to the Director of Admissions, requiring excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work with established and evolving techniques.

The focus will be on reviewing systems and processes to enhance the management of admissions data across the organization.

The admissions team supports all admissions activities across multiple campuses, providing a unique opportunity for growth and development.

About You
  • You have solid experience in a customer service-based role, coupled with a personable and kind nature.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, while having the ability to manage your time effectively and maintain professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are professionally presented, enjoy being part of a team and able to maintain confidentiality.

  • You are willing and able to uphold and embody the values of the organization.
