Job Title: Admissions Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our Patient Services team as an Admissions Officer.
About the Role:- This is a permanent position that involves managing patient accounts prior to and during their hospital admission.
- Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing payments, communicating cost or health fund details to patients, and ensuring all billing-related information is collected.
You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service throughout key patient processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in handling private hospital patient accounts or large private practice billings is essential.
- Strong practice management skills with an emphasis on accounts and billings for smaller to medium-sized organizations are highly beneficial.
