Job Opportunity

The position of Food and Beverage Supervisor is available at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to customer needs promptly.
  • Coordinate food and beverage area supervision according to the schedule.
  • Maintain effective communication among departments within the organization.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, addressing maintenance and cleaning issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide thorough training for team members to ensure consistent service levels.
  • Verify that team members are professionally presented with correct grooming, uniforms, and name tags.
  • Participate in planning and conducting theoretical and on-the-job training.
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures strictly.
  • Maintain full knowledge of established occupational health and safety guidelines (OH&S).
  • Manage reservation systems for table bookings.
  • Adhere to cashiering policies and procedures.
  • Maintain operation equipment and prevent loss of cash or stock.
  • Support other departments or outlets as needed.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and perform additional duties as directed by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills.
