Data Center Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary: Assist in managing contractors, vendors and infrastructure within data centers.
- Support on-site management of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with established practices and legislation.
- Maintain performance metrics, conduct analyses and prepare reports on critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
- Generate change requests and incident tickets as directed.
- Leverage documentation relevant to business and facility operations.
- Participate in routine maintenance and emergency services for critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers and building monitoring systems.
- Assist in the design, implementation, commissioning and build-out of new facilities.
- Collaborate with Infra Ops teams for day-to-day operational requirements.
- Facilities Management mindset.
- Ability to prioritize in complex environments.
- Physical Security protocol awareness.
- Computer literacy, confident with Office Suite.
