Key Responsibilities
  • Project Portfolio Management: Oversee project portfolios, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects.
  • Business Unit Planning: Develop and implement business unit plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Training and Staff Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of project managers and onsite deployment teams.
  • Project Delivery Performance: Monitor and improve project delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: At least five years of experience in project and deployment skills in the electrical, IT, or building industry.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven project management experience in large projects, with tight timelines, and demonstrable evidence of managing and growing a projects or deployments team.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with system designs, works programmes/schedules, flowcharts, technical documentation, contract deliverables, just-in-time procurement, project planning, resource management, basic financial skills, and knowledge of project management software.
  • Qualifications: Recognised technical qualification in ICT, mechanical, or electrical discipline; recognised qualification in project management; and recognised qualification in project management software (MS Project preferred).
