Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Health & Safety Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive audit and inspection plans, ensuring seamless compliance with Ventia requirements and certifications.
  • Schedule and conduct internal audits, tracking action items to guarantee the highest standards of quality and assurance are met.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying and implementing effective hazard controls to mitigate potential risks.
  • Investigate incidents or injuries on site, focusing on process improvement and continuous learning.
