We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Experience expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and experience in managing high-performing teams.
The Role
- Manage and lead high-performing teams to achieve service excellence
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and features
- Troubleshoot issues, process claims, and update customer accounts
- Analyse team performance and implement Quality Assurance measures
- Strategically drive customer satisfaction, retention, and sales
About the Salary
We offer a competitive salary package for this role, with an estimated annual salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 AUD.
