We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to contribute to our diverse portfolio of energy projects. This role offers the opportunity to deliver safe, efficient, and technically robust solutions across various project phases.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing process engineering scopes, ensuring compliance with Engineering Standards and Specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop discipline-specific work scopes and delivery schedules.
  • Champion HSEQ performance, process safety, and integrity management.
  • Participate in risk assessments and ensure timely closeout of actions.
  • Collaborate across project and asset teams to drive integrated solutions.
  • Manage internal and external change processes effectively.
  • Promote consistency and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
  • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Authorities as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in offshore projects and brownfield environments.
  • Strong understanding of process safety and integrity management principles.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
