Job Title:

Portfolio Management Specialist

This role focuses on managing a portfolio of property assets across Sydney Water's region.

The key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans for asset management, overseeing projects from planning to delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and manage project management plans, identifying goals, timelines, risks, costs, and deliverables.
  • Prepare business cases and track progress, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting post-project reviews.
  • Hold regular meetings with service providers, track and close out defects, and manage contract variations.
  • Maintain and update asset registers and management systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as property, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in design and construction, and/or project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in identifying and managing avoidable project risks.
