**Support Worker - Mandurah Area**

Boutique Disability Services is seeking experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and work alongside clients based in and around the Mandurah area. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of something deeply meaningful—supporting individuals to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

**About the Role**

We are looking for Support Workers who are not just qualified, but truly committed to enriching the lives of others. Our clients require a broad range of supports that include:

- **In-home assistance** with personal care, daily living tasks, and overnight support
- **Community participation** including social outings, group activities, and goal-based support
- **Flexible weekday and weekend availability**

Every client we support is unique, and so is their care. You will work closely with individuals and their families to implement person-centred support plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and aspirations.

**We're Looking for Team Members Who**:

- Have experience working with people with disability and a genuine passion for person-centred care
- Embrace flexibility, with availability to work overnights, weekends, and across diverse environments
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, families, and colleagues
- Follow support plans and adapt to clients' evolving needs with empathy and professionalism
- Are proactive learners with a positive, can-do attitude
- Uphold client safety, dignity, and choice at all times
- Are aligned with our values and committed to excellence in support delivery

**Essential Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Australian Citizenship, Residency or appropriate Working Rights

**Qualifications in Disability or related fields are highly regarded but not essential.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $43.08 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
