About the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join our dynamic public sector team, driving innovation and efficiency for the legal industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning initiatives and solutions to improve and support staff members in the proficient use of Enterprise Business Systems and various IT systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and delivering learning initiatives and solutions;
  • Improving and supporting staff members in the proficient use of Enterprise Business Systems and various IT systems;
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or a Diploma in VET or Adult Education and/or relevant experience and studying towards one;
  • Relevant experience in the legal services industry or similar environment;
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating group training, face-to-face, online, and blended delivery approaches;
  • Demonstrated experience working with e-learning authoring tools, creating online learning videos, and navigating video editing software;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to provide responsive service;
  • Strong collaboration skills to enable cooperation with various teams to design and implement training and support staff in system use as part of their daily duties.

  • Technical skills and knowledge in training and development;
  • Experience working with Enterprise Business Systems and various IT systems;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teams;
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development;
