Role Overview

As a senior leader in aged care, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our residences. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality care to residents, this role requires exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead a team of clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets to support the provision of quality care services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the overall standard of care and services provided.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards specific to aged care facilities.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication among residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in healthcare or a related field.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body (desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage finances effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the aged care industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
