Job Title: Resident Wellbeing Manager
We are seeking an experienced wellbeing professional to lead our village teams in creating thriving communities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing wellbeing programs that make a real difference in residents' lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting village teams to create vibrant and inclusive wellbeing programs
- Leading initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs
- Being a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns
- Building strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists
- Championing consistency and celebrating success across your region
You will be an ideal candidate if you have experience in retirement living, health, or wellbeing, and possess energy, warmth, and drive. You should also have access to your own transport, given the role's local travel requirements.
