Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Wellbeing Program Coordinator to support our villages in delivering high-quality wellbeing programs and services. The successful candidate will collaborate with village teams to develop and implement inclusive wellbeing initiatives, lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement wellbeing strategies
  • Lead initiatives that promote resident wellbeing and engagement
  • Serve as a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns and provide empathetic support to residents
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and wellbeing specialists
  • Promote consistency and celebrate success across regions

Required Skills and Qualifications

A well-rounded professional with experience in retirement living, health, or wellbeing, you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for driving resident wellbeing. Your ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism and energy will be highly valued.
