The Head of Customer Success will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive enterprise customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer success managers to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion the voice of the customer throughout the organization
  • Implement streamlined systems and processes for improved CS efficiencies and scalability
  • Monitor customer churn risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively
  • Develop and maintain customer success metrics to track business performance
  • Work closely with other Regional leaders and VP to ensure OKR's, deliverables, and team objectives are on track to success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field to drive strategic thinking and decision-making
  • 10+ years of experience leading customer success preferably in the SaaS Cyber Security Industry (or adjacent industry-EdTech) to demonstrate expertise and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of owning and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth to achieve business outcomes
  • Strong leadership skills with experience creating, managing, and mentoring teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making to drive business insights and strategic planning
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and champion the voice of the customer to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
