Dynamic Leadership Opportunity

This is a leadership position that will play a key role in providing comprehensive services to young people and their caregivers. As a member of the Integrated Youth Services team, you will be part of a collaborative effort to deliver innovative and holistic programs that address the unique needs and challenges of youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with compassion, integrity, and excellence in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
  • Schedule and facilitate team meetings to discuss issues and cases, promoting collaboration and cohesion among team members.
  • Cultivate a supportive and trauma-informed environment that promotes youth empowerment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field of study; master's level preferred.
  • Minimum three years' experience leading a multi-disciplinary team to offer coordinated or integrated care to vulnerable populations.
  • Trained in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Brain Story Certification, and/or Mental Health First Aid.
  • Demonstrated understanding and familiarity at a high level with youth development (ages 12-25) and how trauma and early adversity impacts the developing brain.
  • Compassion, empathy, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
