Family Law Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law professional to join our team. As a key member of our legal services, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, property settlements, and parenting arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on complex family law matters.
  • Prepare, draft, and file legal documents for court proceedings, ensuring timely submissions.
  • Represent clients in court, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution methods, with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to develop effective case strategies.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, providing compassionate and client-centered service throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
  • Admission as a Solicitor in NSW with an unrestricted Practising Certificate.
  • Proven experience in Family Law, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving the best outcomes for clients.
