About the Role As a Senior Family Lawyer , you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality legal representation across complex parenting and property matters.
Working closely with our experienced Managing Associate, you will: Lead and manage your own files from start to finish Provide strategic, client-centred legal advice and solutions Negotiate settlements and appear in court Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a positive, respectful team culture Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through clear communication and compassionate service This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with leadership, within a firm that genuinely supports its people and values.
What We're Looking For A current unrestricted practising certificate and a proven track record in Family Law Experience in court representation, and confidence in managing complex matters A client-first mindset, with the ability to provide tailored advice that empowers informed decision-making Exceptional communication, legal drafting, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong typing skills A collaborative and respectful team player who enjoys mentoring others Why Join Allegra Family Lawyers?
