About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team on a site-based contract with a background in metallurgy.

  • Provide technical support across iron ore processing circuits
  • Monitor and analyze plant performance to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process issues
  • Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Prepare reports and contribute to metallurgical investigations and test work

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a process engineering/metallurgist role within the iron ore sector
  • Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of mineral processing and plant operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with a team-oriented approach
  • Australian residency is essential
