Project Coordinator Role

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from concept to completion, assuming responsibility for estimating, contract administration, and project delivery.

You'll work closely with the Director in a hands-on capacity, contributing to both project and business success. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing organization specialising in architecturally designed luxury homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for high-end residential projects based on architectural plans, specifications, and documentation
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labour estimates across all relevant trades
  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, including subcontractor agreements and variations
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of residential projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track and control costs, and identify value engineering opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Create and manage detailed construction programs, identifying and resolving potential delays early
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally with exposure to estimating and/or contract administration
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential projects from pre-construction to handover
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
