This full-time role involves collaborating with the Director of Teaching and Learning to design and deliver a strategic student-centred approach to career development across Years 7 to 12. Whether you are a registered teacher or school officer with qualifications, your expertise in careers and pathways will guide students in decision-making and future planning.

The successful candidate will lead innovative career education programs, provide personalised student consultations, manage external partnerships, and support career readiness initiatives tailored to each student's strengths, interests, and aspirations.

To excel in this role, you must be relational, organised, and future-oriented, with strong communication skills and a passion for career education inspiring both students and their families.
