Overview

Dabble is on the hunt for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to assist the Community Experiences Manager in bringing the brand to life through exceptional experiences.

">

This role involves delivering a diverse range of initiatives that excite and engage the community from on-the-ground activations and events to surprise-and-delight campaigns and digital promotions.

The Event Coordinator will play a critical part in shaping and executing how the community interacts with Dabble both in-person and online, ensuring every touchpoint is authentic, memorable, and undeniably Dabble.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging in-person and digital brand experiences">
  • Support the execution of brand activations, community campaigns, and sports partnerships">
  • Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, staffing, merchandise, and run sheets">
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery">
  • Manage RSVPs and guest information to provide a premium event experience">

Requirements:

">

Experience in events coordination, brand activations, or experiential marketing. Strong project coordination and time management skills. High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive mindset - grab the ball and run with it, with a can-do attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment:

This is predominantly a Monday to Friday position. However, flexibility is required as occasional weekend work and interstate travel may be necessary to support event delivery.
