Unlocking Seamless Purchasing Experiences
We are seeking a talented product designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing products using industry-standard design tools and best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Unlocking purchase capabilities in self-serve customer products;
- Working closely with product managers, other designers, and delivery teams to understand product needs and ensure seamless purchasing experiences;
- Defining and executing the end-to-end product design process, including discovery workshops, customer research, stakeholder management across the business;
- Collaborating with designers and stakeholders to deliver commercially feasible user-centric design solutions that meet team goals and business objectives;
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience designing products using industry-standard design tools and best practices;
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using analytics platforms;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment to create impact;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills;
- A strong passion for creating inclusive and diverse environments;
- Ability to contribute to the company's culture of acceptance and care for one another;
