Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage programs of work within commercial constructs but agile in nature and practice.
  • Develop and proactively manage project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, and identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.
  • Foster open communication across teams, identifying development dependencies and exposing risks early and often.
  • Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience and support commercial objectives.
  • Work with the product team to build a roadmap for the overall product vision and objectives.
  • Speak with customers to identify needs, validate ideas, and collect product feedback.
  • Work with the development team to deliver quality features and products that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of creativity and drive.
  • +2 years experience in building products, preferably in SaaS B2B space.
  • Hands-on experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Finance and workforce management experience a plus.
