This role presents an exceptional opportunity to lead a national team, overseeing the delivery of integrated facilities services across a diverse client portfolio.
Key responsibilities include managing teams and contract managers who oversee the delivery of integrated facilities services, engaging with direct and sub-contract staff, driving operational efficiency and profitability, as well as transitioning in/out of new and existing suppliers.
- Commercially astute to manage budgets and commercial obligations under the agreements.
- Leadership, management and coordination of all aspects relating to the direct and sub-contract facilities maintenance services and subcontractors.
- Deliver an integrated facilities service contract through direct and sub-contract staff.
- Provide regular reporting for all stakeholders including service delivery, planning and scheduling, and KPI performance metrics.
