We are seeking an experienced SMSF accountant to join our dynamic team.

This is a senior role with more responsibility and autonomy, ideal for someone who can manage and administer a portfolio of SMSF clients while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer a portfolio of SMSF clients
  • Deliver practical and strategic advice on SMSF matters including contributions, pensions, and investment strategies
  • Liaise confidently with clients, auditors, and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers in a supportive team environment

Requirements:
  • Proven Practical Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax compliance for SMSF clients
  • Client Engagement & Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of SMSF legislation and compliance, with experience in preparing SMSF accounts and tax returns
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: A team player who contributes to a positive culture and experience in mentoring junior staff
  • Professional Integrity & Accountability: A reliable and ethical approach to your work
  • Organisation & Problem Solving: Strong time management and organisational skills
