About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Change Advisor to join our People Enablement team at AusNet Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering internal strategic communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a strategic communication roadmap across the enterprise
  • Support the Change Management Leads to deliver employee communications to support business objectives
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging tailored to different stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and consistency across all channels
  • Develop content in line with the strategic communications plan, including factsheets, learning bites, presentations, emails, and intranet updates
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of communication and change management initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes
Requirements
  • Desirable Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organisational Development or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in communications and ideally change management
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement to all organisational levels
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans and providing advice in a complex and changing environment
  • Proficient in using communication and project management tools including Microsoft and Sharepoint
