Employee Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Employee Onboarding Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of the industry and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a smooth onboarding process for new staff members
  • Attend and present at recruitment events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new starters during their first month
  • Work closely with site leadership to provide effective solutions and education
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders

About You:

  • Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • Familiarity with mining conditions and FIFO environments is an advantage
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work effectively to deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and capacity to mentor new employees towards positive outcomes
  • Passion for delivering high-quality employee experiences
