Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve employee health and wellbeing, reducing absenteeism and presenteeism.
- Lead a team of consultants in delivering high-quality workplace rehabilitation services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver tailored health and wellness programs, aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective return-to-work plans, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Full AHPRA Registration as a Provisional or Registered Psychologist.
- Full ASORC Registration as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
- Proven experience in occupational rehabilitation, with a strong understanding of workplace health and wellbeing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
