As a Rehabilitation Consultant with our team at Gorilla Jobs, you will have the chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide clients through their recovery and return-to-work processes. With a focus on occupational rehabilitation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the outcomes of your clients and making a tangible difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to support clients' recovery and return to work, including ADLs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, to identify clients' needs and barriers to recovery
  • Work closely with employers, healthcare providers, and insurers to facilitate a coordinated approach to client care
  • Set realistic, achievable goals for clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting plans as needed
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and compliance with industry standards
  • Provide guidance and support to clients and their families, helping them navigate the rehabilitation process with confidence
  • Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate work environments and recommend modifications to facilitate clients' return to work

What We Offer:

  • Salary above market, ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
