About the Role
">We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant or Manager. As part of our Financial Services division, you'll play a key role in providing expert valuation services to our clients.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Work within small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets for various purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax, financial reporting, and disputes.">
- Take ownership of delivering projects within each team, managing and preparing valuation reports, and conducting detailed financial modelling and analysis.">
- Think critically, identify issues, and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.">
- Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and colleagues.">
The Ideal Candidate
">- ">
- Extensive experience in valuation within the Financial Services sector.">
- A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.">
- Possessing a CFA credential or actively pursuing one.">
- Direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies for different purposes.">
- Experience in financial modelling in MS Excel and related software.">
- Excellent analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.">
