As a Risk and Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's interests, providing expert insights, and delivering innovative solutions to mitigate operational and compliance risks.

We strive to enhance business success through:

  • Implementation of process improvements and productivity initiatives
  • Embedding risk frameworks across the organization
  • Providing guidance and support to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Change management, including impact assessment and implementation
  • Coordination of new product approval sign-offs for treasury products

Your primary focus will be on managing risk activities related to Group Treasury compliance and conduct risk types. You will drive a robust governance framework through policy implementation, control performance, and stakeholder engagement.

You will be responsible for conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RSCA) and Compliance Self-Assessment (CSA) processes, monitoring and implementing regulatory changes, and coordinating remediation programs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks, ensuring the organization remains compliant with relevant regulations.
