Job Description

This is a permanent full-time position requiring Monday to Friday working hours. As Operations Supervisor - Installations, you will use your construction and on-site experience and skills to plan, execute and supervise the installation of our specialist structural and temporary works products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the representative on site, taking responsibility for delivery of client solution, delegating tasks, ensuring safety, quality and monitoring productivity.
  • Oversee the coordination and installation of our range of specialised products on customer sites.
  • Run prestart and tool box meetings.
  • Manage customer site conditions, delays, customer expectations and variances to original quote.
  • Demonstrate a Safety-First culture throughout the organisation.
  • Build and develop an efficient and effective installation team.
  • Work with branches to organise plant, equipment and resourcing.
