Ambulance Transport AttendantsNational Patient Transport Group (NPT) is one of Australias leading providers of private Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) and provides patient transport services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.We are now recruiting Ambulance Transport Attendants for Wangaratta, Benalla and Wodonga.
The position will commence as casual with the potential to move into permanent positions.The successful applicant will need to have flexibility to work shift work including mornings, nights and weekends, as well as willingness to work between all 3 locations on occasion.NPT provides a comprehensive induction program and is committed to continuing professional development with the support of our Registered Training Organisation NPT HEART.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Primary care, clinical monitoring and patient care for low and medium acuity casesProviding clinical handovers for all transfersDelivery of high quality patient care in a timely, safe and efficient mannerComplying with clinical and operational policies and procedures as specified in patient transport regulations and protocolsExcellent customer serviceSafe driving of patient transport vehicles in accordance with respective road laws across Victoria.Minimum requirements:Successful completion of Diploma or Bachelor of Paramedical Science, Bachelor Nursing or Diploma of Emergency Health CareIn addition to the Diploma or Bachelor Paramedicine you will need to have completed 400 on road clinical hours to work as an ATACurrent Full Drivers licence and good driving recordCurrent National Police Check and Working with Children CheckAbility to work professionally as part of a team with effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills.Requirements:Diploma of Emergency Health Care; DIV1 Nurse*APPLY NOW /
