About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Clinical Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing therapy services to support individuals and families in achieving their goals and maximising their independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine treatment goals and areas of need.
  • Providing information, education, and support to clients and their families.
  • Developing effective, routine-based plans with clients and their families.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapy interventions and providing resources.
  • Monitoring progress and setting new priorities in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Supporting inclusion and participation in community activities.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure ongoing communication and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology with current registration.
  • A passion for delivering engaging and meaningful therapy experiences for clients.
  • The ability to provide counselling and offer knowledge of therapeutic interventions.
  • Experience in completing risk assessments and mental health evaluations is desirable.
