About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to support children and families in maximising their independence and participation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of need.
  • Offer information, education, and support to clients and families.
  • Develop functional, routine-based goals with clients and families.
  • Provide therapy interventions and resources based on evidence.
  • Review progress and set new priorities in collaboration with clients and families.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Psychology with current registration as a Psychologist.
  • Passion for making therapy engaging and meaningful for families.
  • Counselling Skills and ability to provide knowledge of therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and parents.
  • Experience in completing risk assessments and mental health assessments is highly desirable.
  • Compliance with necessary checks and certifications, including registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, and possession of a Driver's License and Vehicle.
