Clinical Pharmacist Role

We are seeking a skilled pharmaceutical professional to join our multidisciplinary team.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of clinical scenarios, including oncology and specialised access scheme medications.

  • Conduct medication chart reviews and reconciliation
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions and discharge
  • Manufacture and compound aseptic cytotoxic products and non-hazardous patient prescriptions
  • Provide advice on drug selection and usage
  • Counsel patients on proper medicine use

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work closely with nurses, doctors and allied health professionals to provide clinical pharmacy services that make a real impact. You will be supported with full training and ongoing development to help you succeed.

Key Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
  • Previous experience in an Australian or New Zealand pharmacy
  • Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
  • Excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
