Our team is seeking a Quality Expert to join us.

We are looking for an individual who can ensure the quality of our products and services by implementing compliance with regulatory and good manufacturing practices (GMP) requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating non-conformances, supplier and customer complaints, and identifying root causes. They will also write responses to customer complaints and monthly reports.

Key responsibilities include participating in risk assessments, change control, validation, internal audits, document reviews, corrective action and preventive action (CAPA), and recall activities. The candidate will conduct training for staff against quality procedures and requirements.

They will maintain and organize the site's micro laboratory and coordinate cytotoxic/antibiotic residue monitoring of cleanrooms. The candidate will also support the team with environmental monitoring activities and perform quality assessments on quarantined incoming goods as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a GMP compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and a background in quality systems. They should be competent in common IT software and project, time, and task management.

A tertiary qualification in a science discipline, preferably including study in microbiology or chemistry, is essential. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality is paramount.
