Job Summary

The Senior Sales Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to prospects during the sales process, providing in-depth knowledge of business process flows and presenting the NetSuite solution in a compelling manner. This role requires strong business acumen, presentation skills, and the ability to understand and articulate the benefits of NetSuite's applications to various levels of business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales opportunities for Core ERP and advanced business processes, including Financial Process Segmentation, CRM, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Professional Services Automation.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of NetSuite's applications to line of business managers and C-level executives.
  • Provide input to cross-functional departments on prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within the internal sales force automation system.
  • Develop, present, and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the NetSuite solution.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of comparable pre-sales experience supporting the sales cycle for deals in finance and ERP applications or relevant experience in accounting/finance, supply chain.
  • Relevant industry experience (manufacturing, wholesale & distribution, services) is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with structured training and regular feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior application experience in NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics 365, MYOB, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Pronto, or Infor is highly desirable.
  • BA/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A permanent resident with full work permit.
