Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client discovery sessions to develop a deep understanding of their business requirements
  • Work with project managers to define and plan project delivery, schedules, and resource requirements
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and quality standards
  • Participate in the presales process to assess client needs
  • Provide quality control and management oversight for all consulting engagements
  • Guide and mentor the consulting team to uplift the quality of deliverables and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering software solutions, specifically functional configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
  • Strong experience in leading consulting engagements with positive business outcomes
  • Ability to develop, lead, and facilitate stakeholder workshops using contemporary approaches
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate and build confidence at every level of an organization
  • A strong client focus and ability to take ownership of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, project management, pre-sales, and account management
