A high-performing professional is sought to lead our Transaction Diligence team in Melbourne.

About the Role
  • Analyse and manage due diligence engagements related to business acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or corporate buyers.
  • Evaluate financial results through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
  • Project manage teams, information flows and stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive approach to clients.
  • Determine key value drivers to deliver financial insights impacting deal value and structuring.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Transaction Services role within an Advisory environment working independently with senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or international equivalent.
