This role allows you to continue building knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition in a large complex environment. You will utilise your excellent organisational skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships to coordinate information, documents, and onboarding logistics, providing project support to the team in a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

We're looking for someone with previous administration and customer service experience in an agency or in-house role in recruitment or HR administration. Experience in finance or professional services is an advantage but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the Talent Acquisition inbox, answering queries, and assigning cases to the team for action.
  • Helping to coordinate and deliver on key ad hoc Talent Acquisition/HR projects such as Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
  • Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement and enhancement of processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and effectively problem solve. They will also have a natural ability to thrive under pressure, manage time effectively, and adapt flexibly to change.
