About the Job

Are you looking for a role that allows you to make a difference in your community? As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, handling sales and service transactions, managing high-value transactions accurately, and conducting identity services transactions. You will also have the chance to promote our products and services, assist with mail lodgements, and build rewarding relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Manage cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS transactions accurately
  • Conduct Australian Passport Interviews and other identity services transactions
  • Promote our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Assist with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
  • Fitness to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for shifts
Benefits
  • Loaded casual rate $35.01 / hour increasing to $37.42 / hour after 3 months
  • 12% Superannuation
  • Extensive training program (up to 12 weeks)
  • Casual position with flexible roster
