Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an integral part of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time spent and materials used.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology.
Requirements
  • A minimum EW5 Trade classification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, as required.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week. The successful applicant will be required to work a rotating shift roster, including evenings and weekends, as required.
