Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Representative to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Representative, you will be responsible for conducting audits and quality surveillance activities of manufacturing procedures, processes, and products.

The ideal candidate will have superior analytical skills and the ability to integrate into a small team to achieve results in a collaborative and inclusive manner. They will also possess exemplar communication skills and be passionate about ongoing self-improvement and professional development.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct audits and quality surveillance activities of manufacturing procedures, processes, and products.
  • Interpret specifications, drawings, and requirements and ensure compliance with product specifications.
  • Support investigations in cause and effect, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to verify manufacturing issues affecting quality are appropriately addressed.
  • Understand the implementation of statistical sampling as related to specification requirements, understand all quality control stages (gauging, inspection & testing) and have knowledge of defect control, treatment, and segregation.
  • Interpret statistical process control and implementation (control charts, UCL/LCL) to support production.
  • Verify lot acceptance tests are valid and interpret results.
  • Support processing of deviations and variations to enable product acceptance or rejection.
