We have ongoing trusted and valued working relationships with Major Mining Engineering Contractors operating in the Project Space, Shutdown & Maintenance, & Construction environment within the Mining Industry.
- **Project, Shutdown & Maintenance Division:** One of the busiest across the WA Australian Mining Industry with consistent ongoing FIFO Rosters and Shutdowns across RIO, FMG, BHP, Citic Pacific, Roy Hill and Newcrest sites.
We are currently looking for skilled professionals to fill the role of DEWATERING TECHNICIAN to start immediately. Ideal candidates will have experience in the Mining Sector.
Job Details- **Work Duration:** ASAP – 6 months of work
- **Roster:** 8:6 roster
- **Location:** St Ives Goldmine (FIFO from Perth only)
- **Experience:** Dewatering experience, pump maintenance/installation; pit operations (removing pipe, pump inspections, repairing lines)
- **Polywelding ticket (preferred)
- **Telehandler or IT Ticket (preferred)
- **White Card
- **Working at heights/ Confined Spaces
- **National Police check
- **Unrestricted AUS Drivers Licence
- **FIFO Experience
- **Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including cardiovascular assessment) and Drug & Alcohol test
- **Ability to provide at least two contactable work-related references
Please note that all shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further information and a short face-to-face interview and registration.
Should you progress to the next stage, you will be required to participate in a Pre Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol assessment before commencing to site.
