Attracting and retaining tenants requires a customer-centric approach that drives engagement and satisfaction. As our Customer Engagement Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to connect with tenants across our portfolio.

  • Develop and implement a tenant engagement strategy that includes attracting, onboarding, connecting, and offboarding processes
  • Curate and manage building communities to enhance tenant satisfaction and drive retention
  • Develop and implement brand-aligned campaigns, collateral, and digital content
  • Own and manage marketing budgets and reporting metrics
  • Create leasing experiences that engage and convert
  • Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams, creative agencies, and digital platforms
  • Manage and grow the asset's presence across property portals, social media, and customer engagement apps

We are looking for a candidate with tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business or a related field, and proven marketing experience in retail or property marketing.

Strong understanding of property fundamentals and proficiency in marketing platforms and design tools are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as a high customer service mindset.
