Packaging Innovator: Deliver Sustainable Solutions

The Senior Packaging Engineer will lead embellishment initiatives, manage co-pack operations and drive packaging sustainability efforts. This role plays a key part in delivering packaging solutions aligned with marketing, packaging operations and environmental goals.
Priorities- Embellishment Initiatives: Lead packaging embellishment projects including specialty finishes, labelling, artwork development and prepare specification/documentation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with design, technical and brand teams to ensure visual excellence and packaging feasibility.
- Cost Optimization: Champion cost, quality and speed-to-market optimizations in embellishment.
- Liaison Role: Serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and co-packers.
- Develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions that meet business needs.
- Align packaging availability with production and launch timelines to minimize delays.
- Anticipate and communicate risks related to material delays or co-packing constraints to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collect, analyze and report packaging sustainability data to regulatory bodies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in packaging, preferably in FMCG or healthcare.
- Skills: Solid understanding of embellishment techniques, co-packing operations and sustainable packaging materials.
