Packaging Development Specialist

We are seeking a specialist responsible for leading all packaging activities, overseeing the design of new products, and ensuring efficient market launch.

  • Develop and implement effective packaging strategies to enhance product visibility and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage packaging-related sustainability initiatives and decarbonisation projects.

This role provides expertise and management of packaging activities, working closely with internal stakeholders on development, quality, and supplier engagement, including driving sustainability and decarbonisation efforts.

  • Act as the expert on packaging projects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Lead projects and communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support seasonal marketing initiatives with packaging development and sustainability programs.
  • Manage all Australian Recycle logos, including inquiries, creation, and input for product development.
  • Negotiate and maintain relationships with packaging suppliers to ensure brand guideline compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in FMCG and packaging, proven leadership skills, excellent collaboration and communication abilities, and highly organized multitasking capabilities.
