Job Opportunity: Outsourcing Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Outsourcing Facilitator within our Contracting and Performance Management Branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. This includes:

  • Managing supplier agreements and contracts
  • Coordinating internal processes and workflows
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and patient-centered care
  • Experience with database utilization and patient management systems
  • Knowledge of departmental financial and administrative processes, with a proven ability to participate in business improvement initiatives
